Home Visits
Home visits are scheduled on a situational basis, a travel fee will be added and a small quiet space in your home must be provided for our staff to work.
We require 4+ pets to make a home visit. If you can recruit 6+ pets via friends and family we will wave the travel fee for the day. Some exclusions apply.
Store clinics are run in a small quiet space usually away from the hustle and bustle or the normal activity in the store.
We can usually find a spot to make work in a storage room or office for the day since we take up a very small area and bring our tool kit and mat with us.
We work on the floor sitting next to each other with the pet in one persons lap.
We have clients fill out a waiver, and process payments on our own. Other then booking clients your staff should barely notice ours.
Our clinics run smoothly and efficiently with most clients leaving over the moon.
